What do you do with my registration information?

When you register to EXOR INTERNATIONAL, you will provide certain personal information (e.g. name, email address, telephone number, company name, etc.) and demographic information (e.g. title, business type, business function, zip code, etc.). This information shall be stored by EXOR only. Depending on subscriptions you may have to EXOR mailing lists, publications and services, this information shall be used by EXOR to provide you with periodic marketing and promotional notices. You may, at any time prevent such use of your personal and demographic information by "opting out" of specific mailing lists and services as set forth in the privacy policy.

I'm a registered user and I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

This depends on the error message you are getting. If the message reads "Invalid Login Attempt", please check that you entered a valid username/password pair. Please carefully retype your username/password pair and try again. Remember that usernames and passwords are case sensitive so "xyz" is different from "Xyz". Check your caps lock key. If you got a different message, please contact us to get the Technical Support form, and we will be happy to help you.

What should I do if I can't remember my username/password pair?

Does my password ever expire?

No, your password will never expire. If your password has been compromised, you must contact us immediately, and we can change it for you. It is your responsibility to secure the password from others.
